As a first time home buyer, I was not only uneducated, but also nervous about the home buying process. Vickie's expertise alleviated all that in flash. She methodically walked me through each step, all the while clearing up any concerns or confusion I had. She even procured any extra documents I requested, so that I could have piece of mind in what is normally a very stressful situation. Vickie kept in contact with me throughout the entire process as well to ensure I didn't miss any deadlines and had ample time to make decisions. She also worked directly with my lender and title company in the background, which mitigated my need to be directly involved in the day-to-day progress. Even after closing she has been in frequent contact to help tie up any loose ends and ensure that I am getting settled in without any hassle. I cannot imagine how stressful the whole process would have been if Vickie had not been around to facilitate things. Not only did we have a very tight closing timeline, but we also had to navigate inspections, repairs, and paperwork around the holidays; we closed the week of Christmas. We were able to put in an offer and close in just one month's time despite it being such a busy time of year. Buying a home is a stressful, but having Vickie's expertise made the whole experience less so.
